ANYTHING WITH PEANUT BUTTER!
Try these NO bake energy balls!!!
1 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup pure maple syrup (OR raw honey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Freeze for 2 hours
I’ve found these to be really good before I run AND when I’m craving something sweet (:
